NCWE Workforce Solutions

Over the past fifteen years, The National Council for Workforce Education has developed partnerships with other organizations to support workforce development initiatives across the country. These partnerships create opportunities for members to participate in national initiatives. Through Technical Assistance and Consulting Services, NCWE can assist colleges and their partners with a wide array of services designed to maximize the effectiveness of education and workforce training programs and implement innovative designs that lead to improved outcomes and learner success.

The NCWE Team has expertise in: program development and review, career pathways integrated pathways, employer engagement strategies, developing and sustaining partnerships, apprenticeship, aligning programs with real-time labor market data, and an array of other topics germane to improving workforce education and training. Believing in the power of peer learning, the NCWE TA Team is also skilled at designing efficient, powerful peer learning convenings and delivering workshops based on best practices in workforce education.

To support projects and initiatives, NCWE has brought together a cadre of professionals who serve as subject matter experts providing technical assistance, leadership skills, and training to support these initiatives. All NCWE consultants have extensive experience working with career pathways, industry sector partnerships, workforce development programs and/or economic development strategies and bring to the table a balance of executive leadership and practitioner level experience.
